ANNOUNCEMENT 25/4/2024: BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING RESOLUTIONS

Mitsides Public Company Limited announces that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 25 April 2024, decided, inter alia, the following:

1. Decided that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Friday, 2 nd of August 2024, at 3.00 p.m., at the Company's Headquarters at 16 Tefkrou Anthia, Dhali Industrial Zone, 2540 Dali.
1. Decided not to recommend to the Annual General Meeting the payment of a dividend.
1. Defined the Directors who retire by rotation, pursuant to the Company's Articles of Association.

The invitation to the Annual General Meeting and relevant resolutions will be sent to shareholders at least 21 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
