FLSmidth wins large copper order in South America

FLSmidth has been awarded a contract worth approximately USD 115m (DKK 655m) to supply engineering, design and equipment for a copper mine in South America.

The order is part of a major expansion of the mine and the scope of supply includes one primary crusher, multiple apron feeders, vibrating screens, SAG mills, ball mills, pebble crushers, pressure filters, concentrate and tailings thickeners as well as 300m³ flotation cells and additional cells for the molybdenum plant.
