Transaction in Own Shares • Sep 17, 2012

On 11 September 2012, SimCorp A/S announced a share buyback program in
accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 of 22
December 2003, also referred to as the “Safe Harbour”.

In connection with the programme SimCorp A/S will repurchase shares for an
amount of up to EUR 10.0 million (approx. DKK 74,5 million) in the period from
12 September 2012 to 26 February 2013.

Since the last announcement the following transactions have been executed under
the programme:
