ANNOUNCEMENT

Re: Approval of Audited Financial Statements - Date of Annual General Meeting – proposal for final dividend

At its meeting of 26 April 2024, the Board of Directors of Salamis Tours (Holdings) Public Ltd decided as follows:

1. It approved the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements of the Group as well as the Audited Financial Statements of Salamis Tours (Holdings) Public Ltd for the year ended 31 December 2023, attached herewith.

The Audited Financial Statements will not be sent to the shareholders, but will be posted on the Company's website (www.salamis.organisation.com) and an adequate number of copies will be available at the Company's registered office, 1 G. Katsounotou Str., Salamis House, Limassol.

It is noted that the said financial statements are also available on the Cyprus Stock Exchange website in ESEF format (European Single Electronic Format).

• 1. The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 26 June 2024 at 19:00 at Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol. The Notice to the Annual General Meeting will be posted to all members of the Company.
• 1. The Board proposes to the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders the payment of a final dividend for 2023 of €4,383,496 which corresponds to 12 cents per share.
