LCP Holdings and Investments Public Ltd (the "Company") announces that, at its meeting of today, the Board of Directors approved the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023.
The Annual Report and the Financial Statements will be available on the Company's website (www.lcp-holdings.cpm) and on the website of the Cyprus Stock Exchange in the European Single Electronic Format – 'ESEF'.
Copies of the Annual Report and the Financial Statements will be available at the Company's registered office, 1 Agiou Prokopiou and Posidonos str., 1st floor, 2406 Engomi, Nicosia.
Furthermore, the Company announces that the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders will be held on Thursday, 13 June 2024, at 9:00 a.m.
The notice to the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be announced in due time prior to the holding of the Meeting, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation.
