BLUE - lnterim Dividend Pavment to Shareholderc

We wish to inform you that at a meeting held today, the Board of Directors decided the payment of lnterim Dividend from the profits of 2A22.

The interim dividend will be €463.135 which corresponds to €0,03 per share or 17,65a/o on the share nominal value.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered as at 24th May 2024 (record date). As a result, the ex-dividend date will be the 23'd May 2A24.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders by the 7th June 2A24.
