Public companies, Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, Ermes Department Stores Plc and Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc, announce that, for the publication of the audited accounts for the year ended 31st December 2023, which should have been done by 30 April 2024, efforts are being made to ensure that this is done by 7 June 2024 at the latest. The delay is due to the fact that there was insufficient time since the completion of the audit and publication on 20 December 2023 of the Audited Financial Statements of 2022 for the timely completion of the audit and publication of the Financial Statements for 2023.
