In order to inform shareholders and investors in general, it is announced that with regard to the Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held on 6 June 2024 (relevant invitation was sent to the shareholders on 8/5/2024), the Remuneration Policy and the Remuneration Report 2023 will be added to the Agenda as separate items for advisory vote.
The Remuneration Policy and the Remuneration Report 2023 are presented on the Company's website, www.philoktimatiki.com under COMPANY – REMUNERATION POLICY.
