• 1. Examination and approval of the Board of Directors report and the Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023.
• 1. Approval of payment of total dividend of €0.01 per share.
• 1. Election of members to the Board of Directors.
• 1. Determination of the remuneration of the members of the Board.
• 1. Appointment of the Auditors and authorisation of the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
