Re: Decision of the Board of Directors of Agros Development Company "Agros" Public Ltd (the "Company") to approve the Annual Remuneration Report for 2023

The Company's Board of Directors, by its decision on 21/5/2024, decided to approve the Annual Remuneration Report for 2023.

The Annual Remuneration Report as approved, will be included in the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders which will be held on 29/6/2024 as a separate item.

The Annual Remuneration Report will also be posted on the Company's website (https://www.rodonhotelcyprus.com/investors-relations/) from where it may be printed.
