Pursuant to the relevant regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and in order to better inform shareholders and investors in general, AGROS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY 'PROODOS" PUBLIC LTD (the "Company") announces that, based on the financial data available to this day, the Company's results for the first half of 2024 are expected to significantly vary compared to the published results for the corresponding period of 2023.
Specifically, the operating profit and revenue for the first half of 2024 are expected to be decreased compared to the corresponding results of the first half of 2023. The main reason of the decrease results compared to the corresponding period of last year is the fact that Rodon Hotel, which is the main asset of the Company, has been registering during the first half of 2024 decreased occupancy compared to the corresponding period of last year.
