Subject: Capital payment of ELFB24 Bond

Following the announcement of Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited (the «Company») dated April 25 and 30, 2024, regarding the maturity of the Company's Bond with ISIN CY0149051316 (the «ELFB24 Bond») the Company hereby announces that it has pay the holders of the ELFB24 Bond all amounts due (principal and interest).

Consequently, the ELFB24 Bond have been redeemed, repaid and canceled by the Company.
