The public companies Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, Ermes Department Stores Plc and Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc announce that the publication of the audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 which, according to their last announcement, would be published on 7 June 2024, will finally be published on 26 June 2024.

The delay is due to the large volume of work carried out for the completion of the financial statements. All parties involved have committed to publish the audited accounts on the above date.
