Re: Clarifying notification regarding the Notice of the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of Demetra Holdings Plc (the "Notice"), to be held on Thursday, 27 June 2024, at 11.00 a.m., at the OPAP "Fair Play" Room, at the Olympic Hall in Nicosia

The Board of Directors of Demetra Holdings Plc announces that it has decided to offer the Company's shareholders the possibility to watch the business of the Company's upcoming Annual General Meeting by electronic means.

For the above purposes of watching the business of the Company's upcoming Annual General Meeting by electronic means, the Company has introduced relevant clarifications in the part of the Notice titled "Notes to the Notice of the Annual General Meeting".

The complete text of the Notes, as clarified, follows below in this announcement and will be considered to be incorporated in the Notice verbatim, in replacement of the text of the Notes as initially published.
