Company Announcement to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority No. 02-2013, 16 January 2013

FLSmidth has revised its financial calendar for 2013 implying that the date for publication of the first quarter interim report has been changed.

The revised calendar is as follows:

12 February 2013              Annual Report 2012

5 April 2013                      Annual General Meeting

17 May 2013                     Interim report 1st quarter 2013 (previously 16 May 2013)

23 August 2013                 Interim report first half 2013

6 November 2013              Interim report 1st-3rd quarter 2013
