The public companies ERMES DEPARTMENT STORES PLC, WOOLWORTH (CYPRUS) PROPERTIES PLC and CYPRUS TRADING CORPORATION PLC, wish to inform their stakeholders and investors that the Financial Statements for the year ended 31.12.2023 were presented to the Meetings of their Boards of Directors held yesterday, 25 June 2024.

In view of the fact that the completion of the audit procedures by the Group's auditors in relation to the audit of the aforesaid Financial Statements is pending, it has been decided to continue and conclude the Meetings with the approval of the Financial Statements on Friday, 28 June 2024. The Statements will be published on Monday, 1 July 2024.
