Subject: Information about new business ventures

AD Plastik d.d., Matoševa 8, Solin (hereinafter:Company) is in cooperation with Group Antolin nominated for production and delivery of door panels on vehicles from Edison project. This project will be realized in two locations: in Novo Mesto, Slovenia (Renault and Smart variation with 4 doors), and in Hambach, France (variation Smart with 2 doors). Serial production of vehicles in project Edison, based on existing information from customer, is planned for the beginning of 2014^th in Renault's Novo Mesto plant.

Additional annual revenue for Company from this project, in full year of production is estimated more than 7 million euros, while estimated number of vehicles, in full year of production is 230.000. With this nomination Company additionally increased it's share in production of interior positions for Edison project.
