Subject: Notification about disposal of own shares

AD Plastik Inc., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) in accordance to clause 430 of Capital Market Act (NN 88/08 and 74/09) confirms that on the 3^rd of September 2012, disposed 4.962 of own shares (0,118155% of the subscribed capital), based on the Own Company Shares Transfer Agreement concluded with the employees of the Company, as rewards for sucessful work in the year 2011.

After this disposal, the total number of treasury shares amounts to 33.781, which represents 0,804389 % of the subscribed capital of the Company.
