At yesterday's meetings of the Boards of Directors of public companies CYPRUS TRADING CORPORATION PLC, ERMES DEPARTMENT STORES PLC and WOOLWORTH (CYPRUS) PROPERTIES PLC., 12 September 2024 has been set as the date for holding the Annual General Meetings of the aforesaid three companies. An Extraordinary General Meeting of ERMES DEPARTMENT STORES PLC will also be held on the same date pursuant to Article 169F of the Companies Law (Cap. 113).
