3i Group plc: Executive Director appointments

Further to the Company's announcements on 11 November 2021 and 14 December 2021 that James Hatchley and Jasi Halai would be appointed to the Board of 3i Group plc in May 2022 this announcement is to confirm their appointments as Directors have taken effect today 12 May 2022.

Jasi Halai is a non-executive Director of Porvair plc. There are no further matters to be disclosed in relation to Jasi Halai and James Hatchley in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13R of the UKLA's Listing Rules.
