Announcement of Annual Report for 2012

The Supervisory Board of Tivoli A/S has considered and adopted the Annual Report for 2012 at a board meeting on 21 March 2013.

Results for the year in outline:

• Attendance figures: visitors 4,033,000 compared to 3,963,000 last year
• Revenue including tenants and lessees: DKK1,034.2 million compared to DKK 1,001.3 million last year
• EBIT: DKK 47.2 million compared to DKK 40.8 million last year
• Profit before tax: DKK 41.7 million compared to DKK 33.5 million last year
• Profit after tax: DKK 31,4 million compared to DKK 24.5 million last year

" The profit before tax at DKK 41.7 million for 2012 is better than the year before; it is owing to a good Halloween season and many guests attending shows in Tivoli's venues. It is satisfactory to be able to present a good result in these difficult times for Danish economy; I am pleased that the profits will enable us to keep developing Tivoli in the future", says Tivoli CEO Lars Liebst, and continues:

"In 2013 we are expecting attendance at the same level as 2012, when 4 million guests visited Tivoli. The 2013 season opens 11 April with a 1,200 square meter amusement area inspired by Danish astronomer Tycho Brahe. The entertainment program will be even stronger than usual with many activities in all venues."

Outlook for 2013

The weather and other external events may have a considerable impact on Tivoli's business and, consequently, the development of the result. We expect that 2013 will see turnover at the 2012 level, i.e. DKK 700 million and income before taxes at a level of DKK 30 – 40 million .
