Subject: Supervisory Board Meeting Held

Dear Sir or Madam,

In accordance with clause 160 of ZSE Rules, we inform you that Supervisory Board meeting of AD Plastik Inc., Solin (hereinafter Company), was held on 19th July 2012

At this meeting, Supervisory board unanimously decided on:

• 1. Election of Mr. Josip Boban for Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Company.
• 1. Recall of Mr. Marijo Grgurinović from position of Supervisory Board deputy Chairman of Company, but he is still Supervisory Board member.
• 1. Election of Mr. Nikola Zovko for position of Supervisory Board deputy Chairman of the Company.
• 1. The Management Board consists of three members, and appointed are:
• For President of the Board Mr. Mladen Peroš, OIB:30175246727, from Mravince, 27. rujna 6.

• For member of the Management Board:

• Mrs. Katija Klepo OIB: 16767919424, from Kaštel Sućurac, Franje Tuđmana 117.

• Mr. Ivica Tolić OIB: 36637114938, from Split, Ruđera Boškovića 16.

President and members of the Management Board are appointed with four years mandate

1. Acceptance of the Interim report from management of the AD Plastik Group, and Company for period 01.01. - 30.06.2012. Accepted financial reports will be published on 25th July 2012
