Transaction in Own Shares • Apr 15, 2013

On 27 February 2013, SimCorp A/S announced a share buyback program in
accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 of 22
December 2003, also referred to as the “Safe Harbour”.

In connection with the programme SimCorp A/S will repurchase shares for an
amount of up to EUR 25.0m (approx. DKK 186.5m) in the period from 28 February
to 26 August 2013.

Since the last announcement the following transactions have been executed under
