Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

The Company announces that on 10 May 2022 the following Directors and PDMRs were granted options to purchase ordinary shares of £0.07 each in the Company ("Shares") pursuant to the Quilter plc 2022 Sharesave Plan at an exercise price of £1.17 per Share.

The options are, in normal circumstances, not exercisable until the completion of either a three- or five-year savings contract and will then be exercisable for a period of six months.  The exercise periods, in normal circumstances, are therefore as follows:
