Subject: Information about new business ventures

1. Project new Dacia Logan 2 in Russia

AD Plastik d.d., Solin is through its doughter company in Togliatti, Russia, nominated for production and delivery of most products for the interior and exterior parts of new Logan 2, with code name X52, on russian market, with start of production in 2013^th. Company is nominated for production of thermo - formed roof coverings, carpets and shelfs, isolation, extrudded profiles, injected parts of interior and exterior, and blow molded products.

This is project, which has been delivered in cooperation with russian partner AvtoVaz, and planned quantity in 2014. godini is 180.000 vehicles, and expected additional annual revenue for ADP Togliatti, is around 20 million EUR. Production of this vehicle is planned for seven years, and will bring significant and stable revenue growth of AD Plastik Group.

New Logan 2, is vehicle which Renault intends to produce on more locations in the world, it is important to note, that AD Plastik, beside russian market, is nominated for serial production in Dacia plant in romanian Pitesti. Serial production start is planned for Septemeber of this year. AD Plastik and french partner Faurecia, will from joint venture plant EAPS, for vehicle on this location produce and deliver, almost all parts of interior and exterior for this vehicle.

AD Plastik with these nominations, has once again confirmed itself, as producer capable to ensure development and production of the same vehicle on more locations, which is very important in global automotive industry.

2. Project Edison (new vehicle which Renault is developing with Daimler)

As investment community already knows, Renault nominated AD Plastik d.d., Solin as supplier for the exterior and interior positions for project Edison. To ensure all requirements needed for production start, AD Plastik d.d. decided to start capital expenditures process, to ensure sucessful fulfillment of this project. Serial production is planned for the beggining of 2014^th, in Renault's Novo Mesto plant.

Edison project ensures longterm strategic positioning, production stability, and revenue growth for AD Plastik in Croatia. In the latest business plans from customer, expected growth number of vehicles in 2015^th is 40% more, than current number of vehicles.

In the July AD Plastik will choose suppliers for new painting line, and construction contractor for painting line facility construction, which will be placed in Zagreb. Planned value of investment in new painting line and associated facilities is worth 10 million EUR. Beside that, plan is to purchase new machines for injection and other equipment for production, so that total investment in project Edison is worth more than 15 million EUR, which will beside retaining existing workforce, allow new employment.
