Darktrace announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transactions.
Poppy Gustafsson, CEO, has notified Darktrace that, as part of the block sale previously announced on 13th April 2022, on 29 April she sold 575,000 ordinary shares in Darktrace at an aggregate price of 410 pence per share.
Jack Stockdale, CTO, has notified Darktrace that, as part of the block sale previously announced on 13th April 2022, on 29 April he sold 375,000 ordinary shares in Darktrace at an aggregate price of 410 pence per share.
As announced in the RNS on 26th April 2022, the amount sold was less than 10% of Poppy Gustafsson's and Jack Stockdale's respective vested and unvested holdings in Darktrace.
