ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

ANNOUNCEMENT

The Annual General Meeting of Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc was held yesterday 12 September 2024 at the registered office of Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc in Nicosia.

After a short introductory speech by the Chairman, Mr. Christakis Charalampous, which referred to the Company's results, the Annual Report (which includes the Directors' Report, the Auditors' Report and the Corporate Governance Management Report) as well as the Audited Financial Statements for 2023 were presented.

The Meeting re-appointed to the Board of Directors the following Members who retired by rotation:

Nicos K. Shacolas, George Loucas and Menelaos Const. Shacolas.

It reappointed KPMG as the Company's Auditors and authorized the Board of Directors to fix their fees.
