In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6, BMO Global Smaller Companies PLC ("the Company") advises that as at 30 April 2022 the Company had 620,533,770 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in issue (including 71,059,928 held in Treasury).  Each such ordinary share has one vote per share.

The total number of voting rights that can be exercised in the Company is, therefore, 549,473,842.

The above figure of 549,473,842 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
