In compliance with LR 9.6.14R (2) of the Listing Rules, Bytes notes that Erika Schraner, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of HgCapital Trust plc ("HGT"), with effect from 1 August 2022. On appointment to HGT, Erika will join the Audit, Valuation and Risk Committee and the Nomination Committee, and chair the Management Engagement Committee.
