East Star Resources Plc (LSE:EST), the Kazakhstan-focused gold and copper explorer, announces that it has today published a notice convening an Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company (the "Notice"). The AGM will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, 26 May 2022 at the offices of Vigo Consulting, Sackville House, 40 Piccadilly, London W1J 0DR.
