Lifting of Suspension and Expected Admission Date for Placing Shares

Further to the announcements made by the Company on 5 and 9 September 2024, the Board of Curzon is pleased to announce that trading in the Company's shares has been restored today, Friday, 13  September 2024.

The Company has made an application, which is subject to FCA approval, for the admission of the 1,133,333,900 placing shares to listing on or around Wednesday,18 September 2024
