Availability of the financial results as of March 31, 2022

OMV Petrom S.A. announces its shareholders and investors that the OMV Petrom Group's consolidated unaudited results for January - March 2022 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards will be available on the website [www.omvpetrom.com](http://www.omvpetrom.com), at Bucharest Stock Exchange (SNP symbol) and at London Stock Exchange (PETB and PETR symbols) starting with April 29, 2022, 8:00 am (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV's (majority shareholder) results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website [www.omv.com](http://www.omv.com) .

The print version of the report can also be obtained from the Investor Relations Department, at the company's headquarters located in 22 Coralilor Street, district 1, Bucharest ("Petrom City").
