Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Spire Healthcare Group plc (the "Company") announces that following valid elections by the PDMRs disclosed in the table below to participate in the Company's all-employee Sharesave Plan, options over the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") were granted on 26 April 2022 as follows:
