Lalique Group publishes agenda for Ordinary General Meeting
Zurich, 6 May 2021 – Lalique Group SA (SIX: LLQ), which is active in the creation, development, marketing and worldwide distribution of luxury goods, today published the agenda for its Ordinary General Meeting on 28 May 2021.
The forthcoming Ordinary General Meeting of Lalique Group will take place without shareholders being physically present at the event, like in the previous year. Shareholders’ rights can once again be exercised through the independent proxy.
As already communicated, and in view of the Covid-19 situation, the Board of Directors has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting of 28 May 2021 that no dividend be distributed for the 2020 financial year. In line with the previous year, the members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board have announced that they will contribute to the measures to preserve liquidity in the continued difficult economic environment by waiving their entire variable compensation for the current year as well as by taking a partial reduction in their fixed compensation until further notice.
All of the existing Board members and Chairman Silvio Denz will stand for re-election for a further term of office of one year.
