Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published on online its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022 (the "Notice of AGM") which can be viewed on the Company's website at www.astonmartinlagonda.com/investor/shareholder-information and which will be distributed to shareholders shortly.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 25 May 2022 at 10:00am at the offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, 100 Bishopsgate, London EC2P 2SR.
