Babcock International is pleased to note the appointment of Kjersti Wiklund to the Board of Nordea, the largest financial group in the Nordic countries.

Following her appointment to Nordea, Kjersti has reviewed her commitments and decided to retire from the Board of Babcock International at the 2022 AGM.  With Kjersti's retirement, Carl-Peter Forster will take over as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

The Board thanks Kjersti for her contribution to Babcock, in particular for her work as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, and wishes her well for the future.
