Royal Unibrew A/S has completed the sale of 17,600 square metres of building rights at the brewery site in Aarhus

A. Enggaard A/S, Entreprenør- og Byggefirma has exercised its purchase option on 17,600 square metres of building rights, which is now taken over. Royal Unibrew's sale of the 17,600 square metres of building rights, see company announcement no 31/2013 of 3 July 2013, has a net cash flow effect after tax of approximately DKK 60 million, and the sale has taken place at the carrying amount of the building rights, for which reason the Company's result or equity is not affected by the sale. The deposited transfer price will be released to Royal Unibrew for the Company's disposal when the final deed is registered without any remarks, which is expected to happen in December 2013.
