In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Moonpig Group plc has been informed that zooplus SE proposes to appoint Kate Swann (Chair of Moonpig Group plc) as a member of its Supervisory Board with effect from the end of its annual general meeting (AGM) to be held on 19 May 2022.  The appointment is subject to approval at the AGM by the shareholders of zooplus SE.
