The Board of Nominees (the "Board") of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. (the "Fund"), would like to inform shareholders and investors that in the Romanian version of the Board of Nominees Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, in the Board of Nominees – Review Report, Section 2) Evaluation of the Fund Manager's performance The Discount Objective, a translation error occurred.

Thus, instead of

"(Obiectivul de Discount nu a fost deci îndeplinit)"

should be read

"(Obiectivul de Discount a fost deci îndeplinit)"

The corrected Romanian version of the Board of Nominees Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 is to be republished on the Fund's website.
