Moody's withdraws all ratings of Spar Nord

Moody's Investors Service has announced that it withdraws all ratings of Spar Nord Bank A/S ("Spar Nord").

The withdrawal of ratings must be viewed in connection with Spar Nord's decision in May 2012 to terminate cooperation with Moody's for business reasons (see Company announcement 17/2012). Up until now, Moody's has upheld its rating of Spar Nord without Spar Nord's cooperation, but this has now been terminated.
