In order to align the Company's name with the name of the Manager's business, which has changed to abrdn plc, the Board has resolved to change the Company's name to abrdn Asia Focus plc and the Company has received confirmation from Companies House that the change has become effective from 4 April 2022.

The Company's ticker, AAS, will remain unchanged.
