Board Changes

As previously announced, Peter Moon stepped down as Chairman of SAINTS and from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 April 2022 after having served for 6 years as Chairman and 17 years as a Director.

Lord Macpherson of Earl's Court, the Company's new Chairman, commented that the Board was very grateful to Peter for his extraordinary contribution to SAINTS' success.
