ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022

Foxtons Group plc (LSE: FOXT) announces that further to the release of its preliminary results on 2 March 2022, it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts 2021.

In addition, the Company announces that its Notice of AGM 2022 (the "Notice") has been sent to shareholders. The AGM will be at Building One, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5BE on Wednesday, 15 June 2022 at 10.00am.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2021 and the Notice are available to view on the Company's website at www.foxtonsgroup.co.uk.  They will also shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and be available for inspection at https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism. Copies of those documents are being posted or made available to the Company's shareholders today.
