Financial calendar

ISS A/S expects to publish interim financial reports in 2014 on the following dates:

14 May 2014	Interim report for the period 1 January 2014 to 31 March 2014
21 August 2014	Interim report for the period 1 January 2014 to 30 June 2014
12 November 2014	Interim report for the period 1 January 2014 to 30 September 2014

The interim reports will be available on the ISS website, www.issworld.com, immediately after the release.
