A. Enggaard A/S, Entreprenør- og Byggefirma has notified Royal Unibrew A/S of exercise of its purchase option on 5,000 square metres of building rights relating to the brewery site in Aarhus.

Royal Unibrew A/S has today been notified by A. Enggaard A/S, Entreprenør- og Byggefirma of exercise of the purchase option on 5,000 square metres of building rights. This means that A. Enggaard, Entreprenør- og Byggefirma has exercised the option to purchase a total of 68,875 square metres of the total 140,000 square metres of building rights at the brewery site in Aarhus. The exercise is made as part of the option agreement entered into in March 2011 (see Company Announcement No 1/2011 of 4 March 2011).

The purchase of the 5,000 square metres of building rights is expected realised in Q2 2014. The purchase will have a net cash flow effect after tax of approximately DKK 13 million to Royal Unibrew A/S. The selling price agreed upon corresponds to the carrying amount of the building rights, and therefore the sale will not affect the Company's profit or equity.
