Publication of Annual Report

The Company announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 2 January 2022 ('Annual Report') on the Company's website at http://www.trgplc.com/investors/reports-and-presentations.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available to view at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday 24 May 2022, at the Company's head office at 5-7 Marshalsea Road, London, SE1 1EP. The Annual Report together with the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be mailed or otherwise made available to shareholders in due course.
