Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

- Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended December 31, 2021 (the '2021 Annual Report and Accounts');
- Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting ('AGM'); and
- Form of Proxy for the AGM.
