2021 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting

Following the announcement of the Company's results for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 on 10 March 2022, the Company announces that the following documents are being posted or otherwise have been made available to shareholders today on the Company's website at www.justgroupplc.co.uk/investors:

·      Annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021;

·      Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting ("2022 AGM"); and

·      Form of Proxy for the 2022 AGM.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

In compliance with Listing Rule 13.8.10 (2)(b), a copy of the current articles of association of the Company marked to show all the proposed amendments, has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism. A copy has also been made available on the Company's website.
