Tivoli A/S – stock exchange announcement no. 3 – 2014

Election of employee representatives to the Tivoli A/S' Supervisory Board was held on 9-10 April 2014.

The election committee unanimously affirmed that the election was conducted lawfully, and the election result was calculated.

The two employee representatives elected to the company's Supervisory Board are John Høegh Berthelsen and Maria Fergadis.

The two employees elected as alternates are Tom Christiansen and Tue Krogh-Lund.

The representatives elected will take up their posts on the Supervisory Board immediately after the company's Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2014.
