The Company has today posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, together with the Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting ('AGM').   These documents are available to view on the Company's website at https://www.jupiteram.com/agm-information/. The AGM is scheduled to be held at 11.00am on Wednesday 11 May 2022 at The Zig Zag Building, 70 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6SQ.

Copies have also been lodged with the FCA's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
